Neben der Anerkennung des LAC-Titels gibt es auch die Entwicklung eines wachsenden gemeinsamen Programms von Partner / Libellula auf dem lokalen Markt auf Grundlage der kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung der örtlichen Arbeiter, der kontinuierlichen technischen Unterstützung, der Festlegung von Plänen und der kommerziellen Aktionen und Teilnahme an Ausstellungen, sowie lokalen Veranstaltungen.
Weitere wichtige Vorteile für LAC sind die Nutzung der Libellula-Datenbank für den eigenen Bereich und der freie Zugang zur Libellula Academy.
Es wird nur vom LAC um die Exklusivität des Produktes gebeten und dass ein technisches / Verkaufsteam für Libellula zur Verfügung steht.
